These terms cover use of Interdict AI. Contact Bo Yates at support@interdictai.com with questions. By creating an account, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the privacy policy.

Your account

You must be authorized to act for the organization you identify. Keep credentials and API keys secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for your applications, configurations, and the content you submit.

One-month free trial

The Interdict trial costs $0, requires no credit card, and lasts one calendar month from account creation, with up to 10,000 gateway requests included. Trial access ends when the time or request allowance is exhausted. There is no automatic paid conversion or trial cancellation requirement. Continuing gateway use requires an explicit paid upgrade.

Live model calls use your own provider credentials. Charges from your model provider are separate and are not included in the free Interdict trial. The browser scanner can be tested without model calls.

Paid service

A paid subscription starts only when you choose a paid plan and complete checkout. Review the price, billing interval, and any usage charges shown before confirming. Paid subscriptions renew according to the checkout terms until canceled. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and paid access continues until the end of the current paid billing cycle. Cancellation does not provide a refund or prorated credit for unused time, except where required by applicable law. See our cancellation policy for details and billing-error requests.

Acceptable use

Use the service only for lawful purposes and with the rights and permissions needed to process submitted information. Do not bypass access controls, abuse free accounts, disrupt the service, or attempt unauthorized access to another customer's information.

Product limits

Interdict is a configurable technical control. It does not identify all personal information, prevent every attack, or guarantee regulatory compliance. You must test relevant formats, integrations, streaming behavior, and policies for your use case. Do not send regulated production data until necessary contractual and security arrangements are in place.

Availability and third parties

Model providers and external verification services are separate services. Their availability, prices, and terms apply independently. Service interruptions or policy decisions may block requests; plan appropriate error handling. No uptime commitment applies unless agreed in writing.

Ownership and ending access

You retain your rights in submitted content. Interdict may process it to provide the configured service. We retain our rights in the software and website. We may restrict access for abuse, security threats, or violations of these terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion; paid billing must also be canceled.

Changes and applicable rights

Material changes will be communicated before taking effect for existing accounts. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any separately signed agreement governs to the extent it conflicts with these terms.
